Our Services

Where kindness meets healing.

Care for every stage of life — all from home.

Whatever you're facing, you'll meet it with a licensed, caring person by your side. Every service below is delivered by telehealth across Maryland — by a real clinician, never a chatbot.

What we offer

Six ways we help, one human approach.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one support for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions — with a therapist who gets to know the real you.

Couples & Family Therapy

Rebuild connection, improve communication, and navigate conflict together in a calm, guided space that meets your whole family.

Psychiatric Care

Thoughtful evaluation and medication management from a prescriber who treats you as a person, not a prescription.

Child & Teen Services

Age-appropriate, compassionate care for children and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, school stress, and behavioral concerns — helping young people feel heard and build healthy coping skills for life.

PRP Adult Services

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program support that helps adults build life and daily living skills, obtain stable housing, find and keep employment, and access the government benefits they're entitled to.

Therapeutic Big Brothers & Big Sisters

Caring mentors who connect with kids and teens through recreation, homework help, and everyday activities that build confidence and healthy routines.

For kids & teens

A safe space, in their own space.

Children and teens open up more easily when they're in a place that feels like theirs. Our licensed therapists meet your child where they already feel comfortable — their bedroom, the kitchen table, wherever they feel safe — for therapy, anxiety and depression support, ADHD coaching, and our Therapeutic Big Brothers & Big Sisters mentoring program.

Therapeutic Big Brothers & Big Sisters

A caring mentor, after the bell rings.

Some kids and teens need more than a therapy session — they need a steady, warm adult in their corner during the in-between hours. Our trained therapeutic mentors meet kids by video for homework help, healthy routines, and the kind of conversation that builds confidence over time.

PRP Adult Services

Real-life support for the life you're building.

Sometimes mental health support means more than a therapy hour. Our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program pairs adults with a dedicated counselor who shows up for the practical work of building a stable life — finding and keeping housing, securing employment, navigating government benefits, and building the everyday skills that make independence possible.

Psychiatric Care & Medication Management

Real medical care, delivered with care.

Medication management isn't a separate path from therapy — it's part of the same care. Our psychiatric clinicians work alongside your therapist to evaluate symptoms, prescribe and adjust medications, and check in regularly to make sure your treatment is working for you.
