KindMind Center ("KindMind," "we," "us," or "our") is a Maryland-licensed mental health practice operated by Empowerment Therapy Services of Maryland, LLC (ETSMD), located at 3655 A Old Court Rd, Suite 1, Baltimore, MD 21208. We provide telehealth therapy, medication management, psychiatric rehabilitation services, and therapeutic mentoring to clients across Maryland.

This is separate from our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.Once you become a client, the privacy of your health information is governed by our Client Orientation Handbook & Service Policy Agreement, which contains our full HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and 42 CFR Part 2 protections.

Forms on this website that collect PHI are transmitted and stored on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. KindMind maintains Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with the vendors who help us deliver these services, including our website host, our intake form provider, our electronic signature provider, and our telehealth platform.
